Customers can cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched without any cancellation charges. If cancellation is made after the technician has already reached the location, a visiting charge may apply.

- Payment made but service not provided
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
3. No Refund Conditions
- Service has already been completed
- Issue caused by misuse or external damage after repair
- Customer refuses service after inspection
